Tom Hodgson
Vice-President Business Development
Tom is Vice-President of Business Development for Many Nations Financial Services Ltd. Over the past 20 years, he has held a number of executive positions within the Insurance and Financial Services industry and attributes his success to a passion for learning and integrating details into a vision of success. As Vice-President, Tom brought his desire for learning and integrating new ideas to the co-operative business model at Many Nations.
Tom holds two Bachelor’s degree certificates, the first being a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Manitoba in 1995. subsequently, after his first degree, Tom decided to pursue a career in business and immediately re-enrolled at the Asper School of Business through the University of Manitoba, where he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in 1998.
With a primary focus on growing Many Nations Indigenous-owned co-operative business model across Canada, Tom has decided to pursue his passion for learning and integrating new ideas back into the organization’s growth model further, by applying and being accepted into the Master of Management program for co-operatives and credit unions at the Sobey School of Business.
Born and raised in Winnipeg, Tom is a father of three children and enjoys a lifestyle focused on wellness, fitness, personal growth, and lifelong learning.
Gail Davison
CEO
Gail is the CEO of Many Nations. She is also the Secretary for the Many Nations Co-operative Ltd. and Many Nations Financial Services Ltd. Board of Directors. In addition, she assists with the processing of our client's disability claims.
Gail has worked at a Financial Institution for nearly 20 years as an Commercial Account Manager Support. She has also received her LOMA II certificate. She worked for Many Nations from 1997 to 2000, and returned in 2003.
She enjoys spending time with her family, as well as being out in nature and gardening.
Vanessa Robbins
Director of Finance
Vanessa is responsible for coordinating and managing the financial operations of Many Nations Financial Services Ltd. and Many Nations Co-operative Ltd.
Leah Eichhorst
Senior Customer Service Executive
Leah handles incoming inquiries from advisors, administrators, employees and insurance carriers. She processes the incoming paperwork for the in-force group benefits plans and pension plans such as: new applications, evidence of insurability, change forms, terminations and health, vision and dental claims.
Tricia Hart
Benefits Analyst
Tricia performs yearly and quarterly renewal analysis of our existing groups benefit plans and prepares quoting/marketing for all new group plans and amendments as required. She deals directly with the clients, agents and insurance carriers. She is our liaison for the carriers, for new and existing products.
Tannys Lavigne
Manager of Accounting Services
Tannys is the Manager of Accounting Services at Many Nations Financial Services Ltd. Tannys joined Many Nations in 2008 as the accounting assistant. Prior to joining the team at Many Nations she spent 5 years as the Manager of a local Catering Business in Saskatoon.
Tannys manages the day to day accounting for Many Nations as well as maintaining the provincial and territorial licencing for Many Nations. Tannys also prepares the monthly billing invoices for the Individual life insurance policies for some of our clients that are outside of their regular group benefit plan.
When not working, Tannys enjoys spending time outdoors in particular with her family and grandchildren.
Ellise Danabassis
Customer Service Executive

Storm Ironchild
Administrator & Social Media Strategist
Storm is the Administrator and Social Media Strategist at Many Nations. When first starting at Many Nations at 2016, she worked reception and office administration. She now does administration, our digital marketing and some customer service.
Storm grew up on an acreage near Little Pine and Poundmaker First Nation. Her late stepfather was a member of Little Pine, and spent their free time competing in the rodeos and gymkhanas at the sports grounds there. She still ride horses and enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing and gardening.

Assistant Analyst
Syeda assists the analyst team in the preparation of group renewals and new and existing quoting.
