Tasha Altman
CEO
Tasha is the Chief Executive Officer of Many Nations and serves as Secretary on the Boards of Many Nations Co-operative Ltd. and Many Nations Financial Services Ltd. In addition to her executive leadership, she oversees Business Development, guiding strategic partnerships and growth initiatives across Canada.
With a diverse background spanning entrepreneurship, finance, and education, Tasha brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her work. She previously served as Director of Finance and Interim CEO at Many Nations.
A community-minded Métis woman, Tasha belongs to Gabriel Dumont Local 11, where she serves on council. She is passionate about fostering collaboration and advancing opportunities that support Indigenous communities and organizations.

Victoria is responsible for Many Nations Co-operative Ltd. and Many Nations Financial Services Ltd.
Randy Cowan
Office Coordinator
Randy assists the CEO with operation of the office.
Randy is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable and maintaining the provincial and territorial licencing.
Randy also assists the Benefits Analysts across their scope of work.
Tricia Hart
Benefits Analyst
Tricia performs yearly and quarterly renewal analysis of our existing groups benefit plans and prepares quoting/marketing for all new group plans and amendments as required. She deals directly with the clients, agents and insurance carriers. She is our liaison for the carriers, for new and existing products.

Sumit handles incoming inquiries from advisors, administrators, employees and insurance carriers for pension.

Ellise handles incoming inquiries from advisors, administrators, employees and insurance carriers. She processes the incoming paperwork for the in-force group benefits plans and pension plans such as: new applications, evidence of insurability, change forms, terminations and health, vision and dental claims.
Tracy Hodgson
Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Executive – Group Benefits
Tracy provides administrative support, general customer service, and assists management and staff as needed.
Tracy also handles incoming inquiries from advisors, administrators, employees and insurance carriers. She processes the incoming paperwork for the in-force group benefits plans such as: new applications, evidence of insurability, change forms, terminations and health, vision and dental claims.
