Q: How do I make a withdrawal?
A: Please contact Many Nations at 1-800-667-7830 for all withdrawal inquiries.
Q: I have left my job and I'm wanting to transfer my pension funds to my new employer's pension or a registered account (i.e. RRSP) with my bank. What is needed to transfer my funds?
A: The provider for your new pension plan or your bank will assist you with the transfer documents. You should provide them with a copy of your final statement. If your funds are locked-in, you will also need a spousal declaration form and you can request these forms from Many Nations. The transfer documents can be faxed to Industrial Alliance (Fax #1-866-395-5553). If your bank or new provider has any questions about the transfer, they can contact Many Nations.
